Re: Inspiration to Homeschool?

Yes, all of the above!

In no particular order here are my main reasons:
TAKS (State mandadated testing) ruling the classroom
I didn't have these children for someone else to raise 36 hrs or so a week
Wanted a more family atmosphere
Christ centered education
Wanted a better education for them
LOVE being able to determine our own schedule

My oldest also had some attention span issues in the beginning and I knew she wouldn't conform to the group setting very well. Now she's so far ahead she'd be bored!
