
Not at all. I did chuckle a little at the wording, but it's true, really. I like to put forth that whatever we do in terms of destressing and managing our health is good and worth doing and I think there are several avenues to a place of freedom from physical sensation, but I agree with you that in order to realize the best benefits of meditation we do need to pay some attention to form and function along the way. There is a certain amount of 'getting good' to be done, and making the meditative mindset more and more part of one's daily waking walking life.
