Dear Everyone....Letters Part 1

I think this may be a thread you all might like...I started this on another message board I read, and we let it fill up to 100 posts before we start a new "letters" thread. We've now done close to 500 of these threads. Here's how we start all of the letters threads on my other board, so that new folks get it...

Dear July '05ers,

Here is a letters thread...it's a place to post minor rants and small bits of news that are not important enough for a thread of their own.

It's also a place to offer encouragement or sympathy, flirt with Kasey, give big props to April and smooches to comfort our fellow Yadda'ers.

Posts in the letters thread always take the form of a letter. That means you start it with a salutation and end it with a signature. Also, try not to be so obscure that no one has any idea what you are talking about.

Thanks and happy posting!
Catie

Dear Graham,

I'm loving these long naps, but why do they always happen on days when we have to someplace at a certain time? You are making us late, big boy.

Non-punctually,
Mommy

Dear BBC,

I just thought you should know that it sure is nice to find a place where I can say shit in a post and not get "symboled out".

I love being treated like an adult-ily,
Catie

Dear weather,

Rain and wind do not make for enjoyable trick or treating for small ghosts and goblins. Cut it our, will ya?

Meteorologically,
Catie

Dear everyone,

Get the drift?

Regards,
Catie
