Cookies and cream cheesecake bonbons
24 oreo cookies - dividied
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) package of confectioners sugar
1 c. non fat dry milk
Take 12 of the cookies and coarsely chop them. Take the other 12 and put
them in food precessor and process until very fine crumbs, set aside.
Cream cheese, vanilla and powdered milk. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a
time, then add in coarsely chopped cookies. Chill for a couple of hours to
firm up. Then take rounded tablespoons full an roll in finely crushed
crumbs. Store in refrigerator, tightely sealed up.
