Re: 52 Proven Stress Relievers

The time ones really work well for me. My clock is around 30 minutes fast. I get up earlier each day so that I can have my quiet time (Yada time) with my coffee. I need that each day. The getting things together the day before is so key for me. Everything is laid out from the kids' clothes to our bookbags, etc. I can't do anything the morning of b/c I don't know what kind of morning I'll be having. I also leave everything ready for when I get to work the next day. That way, if Mason is having a braces or contacts crisis, I can just run in right at 7:30 and the day can begin as it usually does. That and deep breaths!
