The sad thing is it is most likely her parents. My sil has taught her 3 year old daughter to do the shaking butt thing, and niece shook her butt right in front of my dh; her uncle. The little girl saw nothing wrong with shaking her stuff in front of a grown man. Which is sad because what if that wasn't her uncle that she did that do and some man took advantage of her.

I talked to my SIL and she said it was just a cute routine she learned in dance and saw nothing wrong with it. Needless to say it made us very uncomfortable.
