    Surprisingly we got them back about 2-3 weeks after they were taken. I was very surprised! We've had them for 2 weeks now because I didn't like the red background (was supposed to be green, so Logan is super unhappy about it, green is his fav color)

    adorable ! leona got hers at the end of september.. we havent gotten her's back yet, no proof nothing to see so we can order .. im pretty upset about that it shouldnt take this long at all .. hopefully in a few days we will hear or get something ..

    We don't have ours back yet either. I mean, come on, it isn't like its that difficult of a job. I'm guessing the lady either took on more than she can handle or is just very unorganized or lazy. Or maybe she got sick - I will give her that benefit of the doubt, there has been a TON of illness around here lately.

    Clayton has his back but it's preschool not K. I think I'm the only one on here that decided to wait out K.

    We had to pay for the package before the picture was even taken. I didn't like that one bit, but I still did because I wanted the pictures. All the schools do it that way around here. I can't imagine all parents being okay with that.

    It actually is a VERY hard job. Very stressful. Not saying that it is an excuse for her b/c we have been getting ours back within about 2 weeks, but it is still a hard job!

    We have our customers pay up front. We don't order unless they are paid. If they have problems or whatever, don't like the picture, eyes closed (which isn't a problem usually thanks to digital), glare on the glasses...we retake it or give them the money back. There is always the option of asking for an emailed version or coming to the studio to see it. You just may not get it with all the others.

    We paid up front also. The lady I helped was awesome! If she didn't like it the picture, she'd take a couple different ones. Then she'd ask me to come to see what I thought of it. If you don't like the picture you can have a retake. If you still don't like it, then you get your money back.
