Not intentionally of course!!!!
We were crossing the street to get the ice cream man. I was teaching Kate to cross. I told her I do not ever want her to get hit by a car...a local 5 year old did and die (was leaving an ince cream truck and got hit). I explained how badly hurt she could get if hit, she said "Could I die?" I said maybe. She said "you can get another kid" I told her "yes, but there will only be one Katie ever, I would cry every day for the rest of my life missing you"
She said maybe the new kid would be better behaved than she is. I said "Katie, no other girl could replace you, no other girl could be as good as you are, I love you and you always try so hard to be good for me Sweetheart" So now she starts CRYING I asked her why she was crying...she said she was crying happy tears.

I had to ask the ice cream man for her ice cream...

My little sensitive soul...
