How many of these things do you actually eat? LOL
I would say about 2 or 3. I guess I should eat more of some of this but I don't. Bad me. What To Eat Each Day For Looks And Health Apple Cider Vinegar Beside having amazing healing properties, apple cider vinegar keeps skin supple. I eat everything there except the meat!
Not for ingestion, but slicing uncooked potatoes and holding them on dark circles under your eyes lightens them significantly. It's the vitamin k. Slice them thin, hold them there for 10 minutes, and you just saved a bunch on sking creams. |
