I just got back from spending a few days in NYC with my family. God a mini-vacation does a person good. I spent the whole weekend laying around, gossiping, eating tons of junk food, and hanging by the pool and the beach.

We had a bit of drama last night, one of my cousin's friends got into a fight with his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend, and the guy hit him over the head with a bottle. So my cousin went with his friends and found the guy and kicked his ass, and my cousin's girlfriend...

And I've experienced such a wide range of emotions over these past few days....weeks, even...that I'm just beginning to sort them out.

Someone made a comment today on a thread here that "it doesn't look good for anybody"...and I was floored. How is it that 4 people that you've known for years all give you their word, AND provided proof, that things went down a certain way, and it carries the same weight as 2 people (and their annoying-ass, socially incompetent husbands) who...
