Prayers Please
Hi ladies and gent My 18 yr old brother and his 15 yr old gf (another story) were in a pretty bad rollover accident a few weeks ago in my Dad's blazer. My brother cut his arm open pretty good and missed that main artery by about 1/2 in. He and his gf both had gashes on their heads as well. Anyway, his gf went back to the hospital yesterday and they found that she has several shards of glass stuck inside her arm in various places. Please pray for both of their recoveries.

Also, please pray for my parents. They are in a really tough situation right now, financially, which is partially due to the accident. The insurance company is not answering their calls and still hasn't sent a check to cover the cost of the blazer. The heat doesn't work in either of the vehicles that they have left.

One of Carly's carseats was in the blazer and is not useable now, so we have to keep switching vehicles (they babysit) so that when they pick her up in the mornings they can have heat with her.

It's basically a rough time all the way around, so please keep us in your thoughts. Thanks!!!

I will be praying for y'all! How awful! I pray that your brother and his girlfriend both make complete recoveries, and that your parents are able to get the insurance company to do right by them. How awful that the company won't even return their calls!!! What is the name of the company, if you don't mind sharing? I'll make sure to steer clear of them!

Jennifer - I think it is Grange Insurance - I assume they are a chain and not just local because my parents actually go through some other place locally to purchase it. I can't think of what that's called - a broker maybe?

I will be praying for your entire family with what is going on!

With the insurance company, if they still have not contacted you or returned your calls, then call one more time and threaten to go to the media with the news of what happened to your brother and his girlfriend. If they still don't call you back, then go to your local news stations with what has happened. I'm sure one if not all of them will take the story.
