Advice for Mommy Book ~ Baby Shower Craft

Advice for Mommy Book

Materials:

8 1/2x11 card stock
clip art
glue
Paper punch
Ribbon
Anything else you want to use to decorate

Instructions:
1. Choose your theme.
2. Cut the card stock in half.
3. The number of pieces of card stock depends on how big you want the book to be. White card stock works well, this way everyone can read it.
4. Decorate the front and the back covers using clip art, or what ever you choose.
5. When you get all of the pages finished use the hole punch to punch holes in the card stock. You can tie the book together with ribbon or some print shops offer book binding that is very inexpensive. What ever you choose.
6.The front cover was entitled Advice for the New Mommy.
7. At the baby shower pass the book around and have her friends and family give her advice. The advice can range from old wives tales to sentimental words from loved ones.

This can be a simple little book or depending on how crafty you are more elaborate you choose.
