This 4th grade is over and Lexi was promoted to 5th grade with a B average! WoooooooooHoooooooooo!
Her math is on a 6th grade level and her reading................................

According to her test scores, shes testing at amazing levels!

Next time someone tells me that a homeschooled kid isnt smart enough, Ill tell them to suck on this

Congratulations Nikki & Lexi!!! I knew you could do it. You are yet another perfect example that if you put your mind to it, it can be accomplished. I'm so completely proud of you guys that you stuck to it even though it was rough at times.

You are such a great Mommy Nikki and you have an extremely motivated and bright child. You shouldn't just feel proud that you were able to help your daughter, you also helped out other parents that want to home school as well. By doing such a wonderful job with Lexi, you are an example that home schooling works and it works extremely well for those that want to do it.

So not only congratulations but THANK YOU too! *BIGHUG*

Nikki, that's SO awesome- congrats to Lexi! Research actually shows that homeschooled kids are usually in better shape academically, as the teacher can totally tailor the education to the individual child (which isn't possible to do in the same capacity in a traditional classroom). Kudos to you for being patient, working through the year with Lexi and being so committed to ensuring her success. She is SO lucky to have a Mom like you!
