    Does anyone have any info on the infantino slings? I have one and my son loves it but I cant seem to get it tight enough to my body and he just kinda lays in it instead of being close next to me.

    I have a question for the babywearing gurus. I'm 5'1" and I weight about 200 Pre-pregnancy. I really want to get a sling for the baby but looking at Walmart this is all I could find http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=4291312. Is there a sling better siuted for my body and somewhat cheaper in price?

    your not going to find anything cheaper then that...Good slings usually start around 40 or 50 dollars and go up from there....

    So happy to see this discussion! I wear Ben all the time- we have a front carrier, I think it's Infantino, nothing fancy. But I get lots of smiles, people think it's just so cute. I think it's just really convenient while shopping and stuff- he prefers that to sitting in carts or anything. He learned to hold on to the cart handle from very little, and looks pretty funny just hanging out there. But he lvoes it and I love it. There aren't many people around here that wear their babies, so I'm just glad to meet other women that love wearing their babies, too!

    I am also plus sized and I personally love a ring sling because it is adjustable, as well as a fleece pouch because it's stretchy...but my favourite by far is a mei tai...
