Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Man we are having such a struggle here!! Aron is used to wearing two piece pj's with no feet. Anyway we had to go get him some winter pj's with feet b/c the pilot light went out and PG&E said they couldnt come for 3 days to relight it (their computers were "down" go figure).
Anyway it has been a nightmare, I have to put him to bed as soon as I put them on him and change him first thing in the morning, he sits there and screams and tries to take the feet part off lol. He is always taking his socks off to the point where he has to wear shoes a lot even in the house b/c it has been chilly. He gets so ticked that he cant remove the feet part of his jammers lol. Anyone else have this issue? I know it will pass but its just funny... my man is such a diva!

Eh, Maiyah don't give a crap. She is too busy running around that they bothered her for like .5 seconds and then it was off to marker herself in her brothers room. I sooo need to post those pics.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Cooper prefers his chubby feet to air out but it's been getting chilly here at night so he's usually in feetie pj's. He deals!

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Ava is like that too. I am having a hard time with shoes, and now that she is walking she needs to wear them out ..but she throws and fit and tries to pull them off. She doesnt leave socks on either.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Yes, I think most of it is that he enjoys pulling his socks off and doesnt get the concept of feetie jammies yet lmao. He is such a diva though, any deviation from what he is used to and he gets super cranky.
Plus he loves his warm weather jammies, he has this pair of spiderman jammies that he will literally look through the laundry basket for and drag them around the house with him like a lovey! |

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
I can relate! My older dd wouldn't wear jammies with feet for anything. She hated them. I cut them off when she was really little and couldn't find them without feet. As she got older I found some that had no feet. Now poor Jocelyn either has brand new ones or old ones with the feet cut off. She doesn't mind the feet in them at all. She loves her shoes and socks on too, lol. I know what you are going through. Jenna still gets home from school and the first thing she does is take her socks off.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
LOL Tina. Kyle HATES socks (like with a passion), we have to hunt them down when its time to leave the house. He doesn't mind his feetie jammies though, he must just know its a wear them or freeze his little tooshie thing!!! Good luck finding a happy medium for you and Aron-lol.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Sophia hates feeties too! She is always teling me off and pulls at the feets. I am really suprised they don't make more of the ones without feet. They look so warm but I can't imagine being all covered up like that.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
Taylot could care less about feety jammies but hates socks...go figure....hehehe
But Christopher on the other hand would have a major hissy fit everytime I put them on him...it took about 2 weeks for him to handle it better...

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
first off im sorry your heat went out and hope they get out to fix it fast.
secondly im sorry you have problems with him not liking his pj's....Taylor loves her sleepers but shes been wearing sleepers with feet since she was born so she really doesnt know any different...for a long time she wouldnt wear socks or shoes then she started walking and has no problem with socks shoes or sleepers....i hope he adjusts quickly and im sure that when he does he will like them |

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
We have always put Finn in footies so he doesn't know the difference. Maybe you could get him a pair of cool slippers like Elmo or spider man that he would be more willing to keep on.

Re: Getting used to feetie pajamas...
I don't know either. Ty doesn't like socks, but doesn't mind the footy pajamas. I don't think any of my kids ever did. Can you put tights on him with reg jammies???
