What a relief, Emilie....THATS FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! Take a breath and try and relax now.
I just got off the phone with our ped. He just finished a conference call w/ the specialists in Portland, and they said Parker DOES NOT HAVE kidney disease!!!!!!!!!!!
WooHoo! THey think that the wacky test results were due to the Celiacs disease, and that if we are VIGILENT with the "no gluten" that he should be ok!!
Thanks girls for all of your love and support through this!!! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
On another note, Parker had his early intervention appointments yesterday, and it looks like he WILL qualify into the program for speech therapy and physical therapy. We meet w/ them next week to discuss therapy options. I am so grateful that Parker will be getting the help he needs!
What a relief, Emilie....THATS FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! Take a breath and try and relax now.

That's awesome!!! You know, my oldest was dx as severely autistic shortly before his third birthday. Last year at twelve he tested in the "mildly" autistic range. Early Intervention can work wonders even for kids with a lot more issues than Parker.
So glad to hear about his kidneys!!

Second step: "My mom eats boogers and smells monkeys butts"
I will tell his therapist that that is the plan!
I am so glad to hear that. Early intervention is a great thing. Morgan has been in EI since coming home from the NICU.

You girls are so wonderful! I feel like today I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. His problems still are there, and we will deal with them day by day, but they just don't seem so enormous now.
I am so happy to hear that news! I have been praying for you & your family. I am glad things are looking up!
