I haven't been around much lately. Here's why:
Landon has decided that he needs to change his sleeping habits. For the past 2 weeks he has decided that his bed time is between 12 and 1 AM and even then we are having trouble getting him to sleep in his bed. Instead he has decided that he prefers the floor in front of his door. He's been in his toddler bed since Oct. or Nov. and just now we are starting to have trouble with this. He is also starting to get up at 5:30 in the morning which is not like him since he use to get up between 8:30-9:30. He has also decided that he doesn't need to take naps anymore. So I haven't been getting much sleep at all. Being pregnant my hormones are still all over the place and I've been more tired this time around. I'm really not use to all this no sleeping stuff. Not meaning to brag or anything but ever since he was 5 weeks old he's been sleeping through the night and since he was about 5 months old he's been sleeping until at least 8am. I'm pretty much at the end of my rope right now and so very tired. My wonderful DH took over last night and told me to go to bed at 10. I couldn't be more thankful to him.

I also found out today that my dad's sister died. We weren't ever really close to her but it's still hard. She was the last family member my dad had living. He had three sister's all of which died from cancer so that has me pretty scared too.

My older (by 7 years) sister and I use to have a wonderful relationship. We have always been very close. I always looked up to her and could always go to her with anything. Now, she isn't talking to me anymore cause I'm pregnant again and having another baby and she's mad cause she wanted to be the next to have a baby even though she and her new husband (she married for the 1st time this past Sept.) decided they wanted to wait until after their one year anniversary. Now, I feel like I've lost my best friend. She won't return my emails or phone calls.

But everything happens for a reason, right? Thanks for reading, if you got this far I really appreciate it. Sorry to vent so much but I just needed to get it off my shoulders for a few minutes. Thanks for reading again. I hope to be back posting more often again soon.

I forgot to add: If some of you wonderful ladies could say a few prayers for my mom. I found out on Wednesday that she is having surgery on Feb. 13 to remove a cancerous (sp?) tumor in her nose. I would really appreciate it! Thanks again for reading.

I am sorry Landon isn't sleeping well. Kate went though a bad sleeping pattern back around 15 months. I felt like she knew I was pg, and she was taking it out on me. She ended up switching from two naps a day to one, and get all four of her molars. I think this was the problem. I just wanted to say everything is a faze this to will pass. Good luck!

Oh Honey i am so sorry to hear that you are having so many problems!!

What is it with these kids not sleeping? Shelby has been stubborn also. I hope it gets better soon!!

I'm sorry so much is falling on you all at once. I hope that Landon remembers how to sleep soon. It doesn't sound like anyone is getting enough sleep right now.

I'm sorry about your aunt. It is never easy to lose a family member, no matter what the conditions of the relationship.

I don't understand your sister not speaking to you. If she decided to wait, why is she angry at you? I think you may need to be direct and tell her how you feel. You must miss her and this is a time when your best friend would help so much. Maybe try to arrange a meeting so you can talk face-to-face and get things out in the open.

I will keep your mom in my thoughts, along with you and your whole family. I hope things start looking up soon.
