My mis-matching, dirty little girl (pics)
So I went out to run some wedding errands a couple days ago with my mom, and when I left Ava was just in a diaper running around. Well Daddy decided to get her dressed and take her to the park..so I had my mom drop me off at the playground ( after i got my camera of course ) and this is what i saw! She was in a Christmas plaid skirt, with a white pink and orange shirt from last summer. wtf! He did a pretty good job on the pig tails though. My mom was like what the heck?! It was warm, but not THAT warm lol. and pink and plaid?! Ahh well, she had fun running back and forth and what not. And got dirty, so don't mind the dirt. And she smelled her tootsies for the camera!

LOL!! Aww...I love her scrunched-up face as she's smelling her tootsies!

I firmly think at least 90% of men are color-blind. I ALWAYS lay out Haillie's clothes when I'm leaving and Houston's going to have to dress her. He came to my old job while I was working one time with the kids...I can't even tell you how homeless they looked. I'm surprised I didn't get a pity raise after that.

She is too cute sniffing her toes! Even that outfit can't detract from how gorgeous Ava is. I think it may be time to match the outfits in her drawer if Frank is going to be dressing her. I have a few outfits that I fold together just in case Chris decides to dress the kids. If not, they may leave the house in stripes and plaid. Yikes!

I hear ya on dressing them, One time Kev had to drop Charlie off at my work, and he showed up in a long sleeved and pant onesie and SHORT overalls..I'll have to post the pictures when i get home. Men are clueless...at least yours attempts to dress her! My husband works nights and I work days so we don't have to pay for daycare...we meet halfway and hand off the baby. He drops her off to me in her pajamas! If he DOES attempt to dress her...it's ALWAYS the same outfit! He won't try to match things!

Ava is such a cutie...I love seeing pictures of her!

Great outfit! I'm so OCD when it comes to Katie's clothes. I've only let DH pick out her clothes by himself once! I usually set out a week's worth of matching outfits on her dresser, shoes and socks included.

One of these days I'm going to find a t-shirt that says My Daddy Dressed Me!

He did a great job on her hair! I was at a conference last week and had to leave the house by 5 AM each day and DH looked at me like a deer in the head lights when I told him how to do her hair. He was like, have you seen the size of my hands?!? Fortunately, our daycare provider was great and did her hair each day!

She's too cute, even though her dad didn't couldn't match her clothes. I always try to lay Jacobs clothes out too or the same thing will happen. One night I came home to find him in a old pair of pj bottoms and a long sleeved onesie top that was dirty. (todd said that "jacob wanted to wear that" ) So I guess that makes it okay noooo he needs his clean pjs on to go to bed not dirty ones!!! ugh men..
