Of HPT do you normally buy? Is it blue dye or pink dye?

I am a first response girl...it's the only kind I have ever bought and since I have had good luck with them, I stick with them. I do know I won't buy a blue dye test, though, because I have heard they are notorious for evaps.

Kayleigh's was a walmart brand, but then I took a whole bunch in between her and Hayden and I never even got one line! So now, I'm a first response girl!

What the heck is a pink vs blue dye test? I just use the cheapest.

Dollar store for me. I can't remember if they are blue or pink, I think pink, but I'm not sure.

When we were trying with Carter, I bought about a dozen from the Dollar Tree. I think I took one a day, (starting a few days before my period was due, because I just had a feeling) for about 5 days. Each day the line just got darker. Then, just to be sure I bought a more expensive one...got the same result!

I usually keep a few on hand, just in case. I actually took one a couple of months ago because I was a few days late, despite being on the pill. It was negative!

I Hate negative tests, even when you are preventing, they are still depressing.

Pink vs blue dye is the color the lines on the test appear in. First response is pink.

yep, this June. I tried 5 days before ovulation this month just to see whether NFP actually worked, but now I'm wishing that I would have done 3-4 days so I could be prego already.

I used the Wal-Mart brand, and digitals. For me, I liked the digitals because there was no worry about evaps or light lines-it was yes or no. I'd usually buy three or four, and test every few days if one was negative.
