Anyone else eat gluten free?
I wanted to post over here because for a long time I thought I had IBS.... it went along with my stress/anxiety issues but I read this book all about eating right for your blood type and I switched to gluten free foods, no flour, no sugar, no wheat. And it was a miracle that my everything in my body changed drastically. My stomach issues were straightened out and I feel 10x better! I also lost the last 5lbs. I needed to loose.
but the reason I post this, is because if anyone knows where I can order gluten free foods for a good price I would appreciate some websites!
