We have a new family member!!!







I have been DYING for a lab for as long as dh and I have been together, and dh has NEVER agreed to it. Well, today I am the proud owner of a nine month old chocolate lab-full blooded and totally free!!! I'm so happy!!! Oh, and here's a few pics of Bry just cause I haven't shared any in a while, lol!!

It's a he. His name is Snickers. It's not one I would have chosen, but since he's had it all his life I don't want to change it. He's huge, and a total baby. We've taken to each other already like we've known each other forever. He's been trying his best to get up here on the couch and lay in my lap, even though he's pretty much full-grown size, lol. I love it-I have a half lab half chow back home at my mom's house that we've had since I was in fifth grade-she's like thirteen or fourteen now-and I've missed her so bad!! Now I have my own, and it's wonderful!!! The fun part is going to be getting Bryanna used to him-my fil's dog has her kinda scared of dogs now, which is why I wanted to get her one.

awww! My old roomate had two labs, they were so sweet and were really big babies but also protective. That's neat she'll get to grow up with a dog.

Awww, what a cute dog! We have a black lab. My husband used to have a chocolate lab with his ex-wife. He loved that dog.
